Steven M. Ellsworth

Mr. Ellsworth founded Ellsworth Family Law, P.C. in 2003 and has been practicing law in Arizona for more than twenty-seven years, specializing in family law related matters. His practice is solely dedicated to handling family law matters including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, adoption, grandparents’ rights, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, termination of parental rights and step parent adoption, domestic partners custody and visitation, spousal maintenance, and a host of other family law related areas of practice.  Mr. Ellsworth is a frequent presenter at advanced level continuing legal education courses in the area of family law and is currently serving as the President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers – Arizona Chapter. Mr. Ellsworth has represented hundreds of clients over his many years of practice and is prepared to handle any aspect of family law, including hearings, alternative dispute resolution, trials, and appeals.

The cost of the initial consultation is $300.00 and lasts for approximately one hour. During the initial consultation, the attorney will be able to review any Court documents you have filed or received and will be able to answer your questions regarding your options, fees, and an appropriate strategy.
