In 2020 the Arizona Supreme Court created a new rule that will allow for non-attorney licensed individuals to represent people in a limited legal capacity. 

This new rule allows us to offer assistance with your family law matters for nearly half the price of using an attorney. You will not be represented by one of our attorneys but will have access to knowledgeable, licensed Legal Paraprofessionals to assist you with many aspects of your case. These Legal Paraprofessionals are not attorneys but are familiar with the issues you will face in a family law case and can provide valuable services to you at a lower cost.  

This new package is great for cases where the parties are mostly agreeable on the division of things and need some basic advice or need help with the paperwork. The best part is that you can retain our full services and be represented by one of our attorneys down the road in your case if you elect to do so. Essentially, Ellsworth Family Law has now become a one-stop-shop for all of your family law needs and offers flexibility in representation and costs.
